Hey Honey started with a simple idea: be a good friend and neighbor.
We began by sharing honey from my family’s farm in Marshfield, Wisconsin, with close friends and neighbors. Before long, people started asking if they could get more. That got us wondering — maybe there was an opportunity to share good, local products with more people.
For us, honey felt like the natural place to start.
My uncle Brian started keeping bees as a hobby in the 1980s. Over the years, that hobby grew into a family business with more than 400 hives. Today, the family farm moves hives around the country, where they serve as pollinators for crops and contribute to the ecosystems around them.
The more we learn about beekeeping, the more we appreciate just how remarkable bees are — and how much work, patience, and care goes into producing something as simple as a jar of honey.
Family has always been important to us, and the opportunity to build something alongside ours was one we couldn't pass up.
Hey Honey is just the beginning.
At Little White Farm, we believe good food brings people together. We're building a collection of thoughtfully selected, Wisconsin-made goods that celebrate quality, simplicity, and the people behind them.
We're just getting started, and we're excited to share the journey with you.
